Hotdog and Marshmallow on Stick

My youngest daughter’s 7th birthday was just simple. She had spaghetti, pancit bihon, cake, lumpia shanghai, and hotdog and marshmallow on stick. This hotdog and marshmallow on stick is somewhat a common “party meal – slash – decoration”. The kids love them because they’re colorful and taste good too, not to mention they’re cheaper than barbecue and simple to prepare. You need to cook the hotdog first, slice them into bite sizes, get the barbecue sticks cut into halves and then start skewering the hotdogs and marshmallow.  Then stick them into a cabbage wrapped in tin foil.. You can now put it in the table as a centerpiece and believe me the guests just can’t help picking them up!
